I begin by helping visionaries translate big ideas into a focused purpose. I listen deeply, challenge assumptions, and clarify the “why” — ensuring the organization’s mission aligns with real-world needs and personal conviction. We work together to clarify that purpose and shape it into something concrete and actionable. A lot of people have big dreams; I help them define the essence of what they’re trying to build so that everything that follows stays aligned with that purpose.

First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free 15 minute consultation to determine your service needs (and if we'll make great collaborators).

Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired timeline. For strategy sessions I charge a flat rate of $100/hour

Timelines depend on the scope of your project, but I generally dedicate up to a month to each client, with the possibility of an extension based on my availability. Membership extends beyond this time for continued engagement
